Willow Wild - Refund/Return Policy

Return Policy Overview:
At Willow Wild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility:

  • You may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, purchase receipt required and all returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted for regular-priced and sale items.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Bags, including handbags, back packs, purse/coin bags, luggage and other accessory bags or containers.
  • Accessories, including beauty, bath, candles, books, home decor and other non-clothing items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process (online returns):

  1. Please initiate your return by visiting your customer account page at https://account.shopwillowwild.com
  2. Choose the order that you wish to begin the return process on.
  3. Fill out the return form, providing all the necessary information.
  4. Your return will be reviewed and accepted or denied depending on the item and date of purchase.
  5. Once you have received the return approval, pack your items securely.
  6. Return Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  Purchase return shipping and ship your products back to us.
  7. If the products arrive unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags unremoved from the product, you will be refunded.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and specify the desired exchange item and size on the return form.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
